The Media Owner Console is operated by GaliGali Soft Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U63990TS2025PTC197247) with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. We are the company responsible for the information described here.

Your account identity (your name and the email address or mobile number you sign in with), the workspace you belong to and your role in it, your operator's business and payout details (legal name, address, GSTIN, PAN, bank details), what your screens and vehicles report to the platform, and the information you give us about your drivers.

You give us your drivers' names, contact numbers, the vehicles they drive and, where the arrangement calls for them, identity or licence documents. We hold that so a screen can be tied to a vehicle and a person, so you can run your fleet, and so we can meet obligations that come with operating an advertising network. A record is kept each time a document is opened.

To give you an account and sign you in, to run the network and report your fleet's state back to you, to confirm and pay your earnings and keep the accounting records the law requires, to answer you when you write in, to keep the platform secure, and to meet our obligations under Indian law.

Members of your own workspace, according to their role. Service providers who host, secure, pay and communicate on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes. Our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers operate outside India; where information is handled outside India we do so in line with Indian law and under terms that require it to be protected. We do not sell your information.

Statements, payment records and the accounting records behind them are kept for the period Indian tax and company law requires — we cannot delete a tax document on request. Everything else is kept while your workspace is open, and for as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Subject to Indian law you may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to us from the email address on your account. A driver whose information you gave us may raise the same requests with us or with you.
