Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026 · GaliGali Soft Labs Private Limited
The short version of what you agree to when you run screens on the pDOOH.ai network. The agreement that governs your workspace is the one an admin accepts inside the Media Owner Console.
Who we are
The Media Owner Console is operated by GaliGali Soft Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U63990TS2025PTC197247) with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Through pDOOH.ai, advertising runs on digital screens inside cabs across Mumbai and Pune; through this console, the operators of those cabs follow their own equipment.
Your workspace
Access belongs to your operator's workspace, not to an individual. Someone with full account access accepts these terms once for the workspace, and everyone else your admins add works under them. Members see that workspace's screens, vehicles and drivers according to the role they hold.
Your screens
You hold the rights and permissions needed to run advertising on your screens, you keep them working and available for what you have committed to, and you tell us when one goes out of service. You do not interfere with what plays on them.
Your drivers and staff
You give us information about your drivers so that a screen can be tied to a vehicle and a person. You are entitled to give it to us, and you have told them what it will be used for. Keep it accurate, and take a driver off the list when they stop driving for you.
Getting paid
Earnings are calculated from delivery recorded on the platform. A month's earnings are confirmed after that month ends and paid within 30 days, provided your payout and tax details are in order. Below ₹1,000 in a month, the amount carries into the next cycle. We deduct any tax we must withhold.
Suspension and ending it
We may suspend access or take screens out of the network for a breach of these terms, for a safety or legal reason, or where information you have given us is wrong. You may stop at any time. Amounts properly due either way remain payable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of ₹5,000 or the amounts payable between us for the service in the month before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and both of us submit to that jurisdiction.
The agreement that governs your workspace
This page is a public summary. The full agreement, clause by clause, is presented inside the Media Owner Console when you sign in — it is what your admin accepts, and it is the document that governs.
